received my urn yesterday. I love it! Willi was a beloved pet and meant a great
deal to me. Its so comforting to me to know I have such a wonderful and
personal urn that his remains will rest that I can have with me the rest of my
life.

can't say enough. I mentioned your services to some friends locally who have
been curiously waiting to see Willi's urn and perhaps
doing the same for their lost babies.

I got Dennis's keepsake chest
. It is absolutely beautiful. It
looks
just like him. The painting and the wood
workmanship is wonderful. I
lost Dennis to a surgery complication that was
supposed to help him. I
wasn't expecting to have to look for an urn. I
really wanted to find
something very special for him and I did. I have
several other pets and
I know where to go for their urn when the
time comes. I also want to
express how much I appreciate the way you handle
your customers. You
always responded to my e-mails even when I just
asked for flyers. You
obviously care about your busIness
and the people you serve. It is nice
to know that there are people that care about

Although these words are long in coming, know
that they are
heartfelt.
We've wanted to thank you for the lovely job you did on
Cinnamon's remembrance box. It's
amazing how you were able to bring the
ideas we discussed and the sketches we made into
reality. And the
craftsmanship is so wonderful; solid, well-made and
beautiful. It's even
lovelier than we envisioned. Inside the box, we keep a small box
containing Cinnamon's ashes and an assortment of items
that were closely
associated with her - her harness and lead, some
favorite toys, some of
her hair, her
with a dozen or so pictures from many stages of
her life, and some other
mementos. The
tiered design with the top tray allows us to keep the
collection of items nicely arranged, and Cinnamon would
have appreciated
that since she was quite the neat freak! We keep a framed picture of
Cinnamon on top of the box,
proudly overlooking the things that were hers.
We
can't thank you enough for building the remembrance box. In life
we always tried to give Cinnamon the best, so
we knew we had to find a
resting place that was suitable for her. She'd be proud of her
remembrance box.

I received Tobie's
Urn earlier this week and it was SO BEAUTIFUL!
I just
wanted to thank you both very much. We took her ashes out of the horrible
SPCA "tin can" and placed them in
the Urn along with her tags and collar.
I
placed it right next to her favorite couch. My children really don't
understand what it's all about, but it means the world
to me to have a final
resting place that she deserves.
You both did a wonderful job and I'll be sure
to recommend you highly to
anyone who
has lost a pet.

Hi Pat,
I got the plaque and it is beautiful. I know the pictures were small and you couldn't see the features very well, but you did a great job anyway. I could tell who each one was even without the names, the resemblence is remarkable! Now I have all my babies back home with me. I don't know why but it does give me great comfort to be able to look at them I miss all of them very much. The house just seems to get emptier and emptier, even though I still have two that are still alive and I hope I don't have to do this again for a long time.

I just received the pet urn that you did
for me of my dog, Willy, (my
friend Sherri ordered it for me), she also ordered a
plaque of
Kelsey & Willy. I cannot begin to tell you
how much they will be treasured.
The urn, especially, had tears running down my face
because it was like
looking straight into Willy's eyes. My husband said it best, you
captured
his personality.
Loosing Willy was one of the hardest things
I've ever had to go
through, but I want you to know that his urn is going to be placed right by
my bed and looking at it each night is going to make it a bit easier, knowing

I received Blackie's urn yesterday. It took me awhile to open it and look at it. When I did, it looked just like I was staring into his face. Tears came to my eyes. Everyone at work saw it and thought it was beautiful. When I got home with it and showed it to my husband, I think he thought it was so life like, he didn't say much and put it back in the box. I
just wanted to tell you that I am quite taken with the likeness of Eddie.
You even did his black collar, which now sits on top the urn, on my mantle. I
wrestled whether, we should leave it on the fireplace, or put it on the
bookcase next to our other departed pet (dog Freddie), whom Eddie
replaced. It was very hard to look at his (Eddie's) visage at first,
but after transferring his remains and sealing it, I was able to see
it in different light. Eddie will stay on the mantle for all to
see. I will always miss him, but that picture will bring back good
memories.

Just wanted to let you know that I received Heidi's
keepsake chest today. I
don't know what to say. The first thing I noticed was how well it's put
together; it's beautiful. When I turned it around to see Heidi's portrait
I
started to cry. It isn't just a painting of a dog, it's my dog. It
looks
so much like her. Heidi would have been 18 years old this August.
She
definitely lived a long and happy life but it was still so hard to lose her.
As you said on your website, she was my child and my best buddy. I wanted
something special to keep her collar and leash, bandanas and favorite
sweater it. The chest you made for me is perfect and a beautiful tribute
to
my best friend.
